Founder Mr Srikanth Sonnayila
He is a martial arts practitioner, instructor, and founder of Wankan Karate Do Federation and Rudrashakthi Foundation. He holds an M.Com and B.P.Ed and is also an Income Tax and GST practitioner. With training in Kalaripayattu, Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Oriental weapons, Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga, he is dedicated to promoting physical fitness, self-defense, discipline, and spiritual growth in society.
This federation was initially established by in 2015 and named as “Mixed Martial Arts and Sports Federation”. Later on
changed amnded its name to “Wankan Karate Do Federation”. The main aim of the federation is women’s self defenses as well as to develop the art of karate. Mr Sonnayila Srikanth founder, works very hard to ensure that the organization is moving towards the ultimate goal.
About Wankan Karate Do Federation
The Wankan Karate Do Federation is a martial arts organization founded by Srikanth with the aim of promoting traditional Karate training, discipline, self-defense, and character development among students and the community.
The federation works to spread the philosophy of Karate-Do, which means “not only the way of the empty hand but aloso with oreantel weapons from anciant.” It emphasizes not only fighting skills but also respect, self-control, mental strength, and moral values.
Meaning of “Wankan”
The word Wankan is also known as a traditional kata in Karate, often translated as “King’s Crown.”
It symbolizes mastery, balance, and advanced skill in karate practice.
